Nathan John Cuoio

Nathan John Cuoio earned his B.A. in Spanish from Idaho State University in 2007 and his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2013. During law school, Nathan gained valuable experience working with the Boise City litigation counsel's office on both criminal and civil cases. He also externed as a law clerk for Federal District Judge B. Lynn Winmill.

Currently, Nathan's practice areas include business law, contracts, real estate, estate planning, probate, and immigration law. He has offered litigation advice and services to individuals, families, non-profit organizations, and local business owners regarding immigration matters. Nathan is admitted to practice in all Idaho state and federal courts.

In addition to his legal practice, Nathan volunteers as an attorney for CASA, assisting in local child protection cases. As a fluent Spanish speaker, he enjoys providing legal services to the southeast Idaho Spanish-speaking community. Nathan, a fourth-generation Idaho native from Pocatello, shares his life with his wife Ashley and their two daughters, Kate and Lucy.
