Brandy S Perez

Brandy S Perez, an immigration attorney in Caldwell, Idaho, began her journey in Southern California before relocating to Arkansas during her youth. As the first in her family to attend college, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology. Her career started with seven decades of experience as a parole and probation agent, where she identified a critical need for quality judicial representation for immigrants.

In 2013, Brandy moved to Idaho with her husband and five children. She pursued her passion for immigration law by enrolling at Concordia University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2018. During her time in law school, she focused on immigration law, actively participating in the immigration clinic and Project LAURA, a nonprofit supporting unaccompanied youth in immigration proceedings.

After graduation, Brandy founded Familias Unidas, a nonprofit immigration legal services program in Caldwell. Following four successful years with the program, she launched her own law office. Brandy is a proud member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyer Association. In addition to her legal work, she serves as Vice-Chair of the MOSAICS Public School Board of Directors.

Outside of her professional commitments, Brandy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and five children, as well as reading and knitting.
