Ryan J. Crandall

Ryan J. Crandall is an experienced estate planner who is passionate about helping clients prepare for the future. Based in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, Ryan emphasizes the importance of being both an educator and counselor in his legal practice. He is committed to understanding his clients' objectives and explaining legal strategies in a comprehensible manner to achieve these goals. Ryan's mission is to make estate planning accessible and efficient, ensuring that families and business partners avoid the complications that arise from inadequate planning.

A native of North Idaho, Ryan brings a diverse background to his legal career. He attended Brigham Young University on a jazz bass scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music after completing a two-year mission in Lithuania, where he met his wife, Jennifer. Ryan began practicing law in 2011 following his graduation from the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, he contributed to the Idaho Law Review as both Associate Editor and Managing Editor, and he also served as a teaching assistant, helping new law students refine their research and writing skills.

Outside of his legal practice, Ryan is a talented musician who enjoys composing and playing instruments such as the cello, piano, guitar, and bass. He is also an outdoor enthusiast, engaging in activities like skiing, soccer, wakeboarding, backpacking, rock climbing, and kayaking. Ryan is actively involved in community service through the Boy Scouts of America and various church and youth groups. Above all, he cherishes time with his family and is a proud father of four children.
