Jessica M. Wollwage-Rymut

Jessica M. Wollwage-Rymut graduated from Northwestern University in 2007, earning a degree in Political Science. Following a year at a commercial real estate firm, she joined the Chicago-Kent College of Law Honors Scholar Program. As an Honors Scholar, she collaborated with Illinoislegalaid.org to develop online resources for victims of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault.

During her law studies, Jessica gained practical experience at the Chicago-Kent Taxpayer Clinic, assisting taxpayers with return preparation and IRS negotiations. She also volunteered with CASA of DuPage County, Inc. as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.

Since graduating, Jessica has concentrated her practice on Household law, estate planning, guardianship, and estate administration, handling cases involving minor and adult guardianship, probate, adoption, divorce, parentage, maintenance, child support, child custody (allocation of parental responsibilities), visitation (parenting time), and post-decree matters.

Licensed to practice in Illinois since 2011, Jessica is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. She frequently participates in continuing education seminars on Family Law and Estate topics and presents on estate planning for victims.

Jessica has held leadership roles such as the 2016-2017 DuPage County Law Day Vice-Chair and the 2017-2018 Law Day Chair. She is also an active member of the New Lawyer Division of the DCBA Public Interest and Education Commission.
