Jonathan G. Anderson is the owner and founder of Anderson Attorneys, PC, a specialized boutique law firm. Before establishing Anderson Attorneys, PC in 2023, Jonathan owned Anderson & Associates, P.C. for over 35 years. Under his leadership, the firm expanded to 12 attorneys across four offices, representing clients in areas such as divorce, family law, estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, and debtor/creditor relations. In June 2022, he sold Anderson & Associates, P.C. to focus on creating a more specialized practice.

Jonathan is a recognized authority in the drafting and litigation of pre-marital and post-marital agreements. He has contributed to the field through writing, lecturing, and serving as an expert witness on Illinois pre and post-nuptial agreement law.
