Katrine Fleishman

Katrine R. Fleishman (née Lazar) is a dedicated attorney based in Arlington Heights, Illinois, focusing on real estate and estate planning. Her expertise extends to guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions, having successfully closed hundreds of deals. She also customizes estate plans, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney for healthcare and property, to meet her clients' unique needs.

Since joining Newland and Newland, LLP in 2015, Katrine has continued to build her practice in these areas. Prior to her current role, she was an associate at a Chicagoland firm, where she honed her skills in real estate, estate planning, probate, and elder law.

Katrine holds a degree in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, specializing in Public Management and Administration. She furthered her legal education at the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was recognized as a Dean's Scholar and Pro Bono Pledge honoree, and participated in the Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic.
