Kerry R. Peck

Kerry R. Peck serves as the managing partner of Peck Ritchey, LLC, a prominent law firm representing clients such as families, hospitals, banks, the State of Illinois, County of Cook, and City of Chicago. His expertise lies in trust and guardianship litigation, business planning, and estate planning. He adeptly guides clients through probate, asset transfer, claim resolution, and estate plan implementation. Additionally, Mr. Peck is committed to advising families on special needs planning for disabled children.

Mr. Peck's leadership extends to his role as past president of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) and as founder of its Elder Law Committee. His contributions to the field have been recognized by his selection as an Illinois Super Lawyer for over ten years. In 2007, he was honored as "Jewish Chicagoan of the Year."

A published author, Mr. Peck co-authored the book "Alzheimer's and the Law" and has contributed articles to publications such as the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Illinois State Bar Journal.
