Russell Haugen

Russell Haugen is committed to seeking justice as a personal injury attorney in Illinois. He holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Illinois State University. While pursuing his undergraduate studies, Russell gained valuable experience as a paralegal at Woodruff Johnson & Evans Law Offices, where he deepened his understanding of workers' financial recovery and personal injury law.

Russell attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he actively participated in the Mock Trial Team and volunteered as a youth advocate for the Lansing Teen Court. His skills were recognized when he was ranked as a top 10 litigator in a Mock Trial Competition. He graduated with a concentration in Litigation.

Returning to Illinois, Russell joined Woodruff Johnson & Evans Law Offices as an associate attorney. He is passionate about helping injured individuals secure their rightful benefits under Illinois law. At the firm, he has achieved multiple six-figure settlements and awards for his clients.

Russell has successfully managed hundreds of cases before the Illinois Workers' Settlement Commission, both at arbitration and on appeal. His expertise spans various personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and products liability.
