Barbara Morton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado, completed in 1992. She went on to earn an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University in 1996. In 1998, she received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
