John J. Lynch

John J. Lynch developed an early interest in debt relief and bankruptcy during his time at Eastern Airlines in Miami, Florida. When Eastern Airlines filed for bankruptcy in 1990, John witnessed firsthand the impact on employees who faced job loss, repossessions, and growing debts. This experience motivated him to pursue a career in law.

In 1992, after Hurricane Andrew struck South Florida and Pan Am Airlines ceased operations, John was already working as a Paralegal and owned a Title Company. He continued his work as a bankruptcy Paralegal while attending Nova Southeastern Law School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Upon graduating, John relocated to Illinois, where he was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1999 and began his legal career at a Real Estate law firm in the Western Suburbs.

John's commitment to debt relief and bankruptcy law grew stronger in Illinois. He represented clients in bankruptcy cases, foreclosure defense, and real estate closings. After gaining five years of experience, John founded his own legal practice focused on bankruptcy. As bankruptcy laws evolved, John embraced these changes, finding them both challenging and intriguing.

Through active participation in the National Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bankruptcy Institute, John studied the new laws and their effects on clients. While many attorneys exited the bankruptcy field, John deepened his expertise, staying informed about the latest legal developments. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association, continuously seeking to provide the best possible guidance to his clients.
