Cari B. Rincker

Cari B. Rincker is a distinguished attorney practicing in New York, Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with additional licensure in the District of Columbia. Her practice at Rincker Law, PLLC, located in New York City and Champaign, Illinois, focuses on food/agriculture law, family and matrimonial law, civil litigation, estate planning, and mediation. Cari actively contributes to the legal community as a member of the Association for the Bar in the City of New York's Matrimonial Law Committee.

Before founding Rincker Law, PLLC, Cari honed her legal skills at Budd-Falen Law Offices, LLC in Cheyenne, Wyoming. There, she managed a diverse range of cases involving agriculture, environmental and natural resource issues, federal lands, wind energy development, crop insurance, property law, commercial law, and probate, serving clients throughout the western United States.

Cari's dedication to agriculture stems from her upbringing on a seedstock Simmental cattle operation in Shelbyville, Illinois. Her early involvement in 4-H and FFA, along with the American Junior Simmental Association, laid the foundation for her passion. She earned an Associate's in Agriculture Science from Lake Land College in Mattoon, Illinois, where she excelled in livestock judging.

Continuing her education, Cari attended Texas A & M University, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science. At Texas A & M, she participated in the Livestock and Meat Animal Evaluation judging teams and engaged with Saddle and Sirloin and Texas Aggie Cattlewomen. Her interest in agriculture law and policy was further developed during her participation in the Congressional Agriculture and Natural Resource Policy Internship Program, where she gained valuable insights while working for Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX).
