Elizabeth S. Holder

Elizabeth S. Holder established The Holder Law Group, LLP after gaining eleven years of private practice experience in the personal injury sector. Her career began at Phebus & Koester, LLP, now Koester & Bradley, LLP, as an associate judicial counsel. She then advanced to lead the personal injury litigation department as a contract attorney at Steigmann Law, PC.

A large part of Elizabeth's practice is dedicated to handling cases involving car accidents, motor vehicle incidents, and trucking collisions. Her primary objective is to help clients achieve the maximum recovery for their injuries. She has extensive expertise in dealing with whiplash and spinal injuries, particularly those affecting the Thoracic and Lumbar regions.

Elizabeth also focuses on medical negligence, with a special interest in obstetrics and gynecological matters. Her first significant recovery, exceeding one million dollars, resulted from a physician's failure to diagnose gynecological cancer.

In addition to litigation, Elizabeth is proficient in alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration, offering effective solutions for resolving personal injury disputes without the costs and stress of a trial.

Throughout her legal career, Elizabeth has worked in both large and small firm settings. Her experience includes complex class action litigation, medical malpractice, slip and fall cases, and various other personal injury matters. She completed an internship at Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York City, a prominent multi-national litigation firm, where she represented Arthur Andersen LLP in aspects of the Enron case.

On a smaller scale, Elizabeth was awarded a Barristers Fellowship from Vermont Law School to work with Have Justice - Will Travel, Inc., a pro bono law firm dedicated to assisting domestic violence victims in rural Vermont.
