Randall H. Green

Randall H. Green is a prominent shareholder at Meyer Capel, specializing in the Business and Real Estate practice groups. His dual role as a legal advisor and business consultant is supported by a distinguished career. Mr. Green has successfully represented diverse clients, including major U.S. financial institutions and single-member LLCs, in complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, financing, entity formation, franchising, and leasing. His expertise extends to real estate transactions nationwide, assisting both organizations and individuals in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Green gained valuable experience in investment services, commercial lending, and mortgage lending at a regional bank. This background enriches his advisory capabilities.

Randall H. Green holds a J.D. and an MBA from Marquette University, and a bachelor's degree in business finance from Illinois Wesleyan University. During law school, he earned recognition for his appellate brief in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, published in the Pace Environmental Law Review. Additionally, he participated in the ABA Negotiation Competition and occasionally guest lectures on negotiation at the University of Illinois College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Mr. Green's professional accolades include being named to Central Illinois Business Magazine’s 40 under 40 in 2008 and recognized as a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers from 2011 to 2013.

In the community, Mr. Green has shown strong commitment, serving on the boards of the United Way of Champaign County and Household Service of Champaign County. He has also held leadership roles such as board president of Family Service of Champaign County, the Emerging Community Leaders division of the United Way of Champaign County, and C-U Kiwanis Little League Baseball.

Randy resides in Savoy with his wife Theresa and their daughter, Adelyn. They enjoy quality time with family and friends.
