Daniel D. Hinich

Daniel D. Hinich is an accomplished attorney specializing in criminal law, with his practice located in Homewood, Illinois. He earned his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, gaining admission to the Illinois bar in 1991.

Following law school, Mr. Hinich contributed as a staff attorney at the Chicago Legal Clinic, where he assisted clients in diverse areas including traffic, real estate, divorce, bankruptcy, wills and trusts, landlord-tenant disputes, contracts, personal injury, worker’s compensation, and criminal law.

In 1996, he established his own law practice, now primarily focused on criminal defense. Mr. Hinich has been recognized for his expertise by the Illinois Capital Litigation Trial Bar, representing clients in death penalty cases.
