Olivia N. Schwartz

Olivia N. Schwartz has been an integral part of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz since 2015. Starting her career as a law clerk, she now serves as an associate legal professional. Olivia provides expert counsel to victims of personal injury, focusing on areas such as medical malpractice, property liability, motor vehicle negligence, and products liability.

Olivia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During her law school tenure, she gained valuable experience interning with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office and serving the Honorable Justice T. Lavin at the Illinois Appellate Court, First District. She also showcased her litigation skills on Chicago-Kent’s nationally recognized Trial Team.

A three-time CALI award recipient, Olivia excelled in Pretrial Litigation, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure, achieving the highest grades in these classes. Originally from Glen Ellyn, Illinois, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in History and Communication.
