Lauren Elizabeth Park

Lauren E. Park, a trial attorney at Levin & Perconti in Chicago, Illinois, is renowned for her commitment to healthcare justice. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2018, earning a Health Law Certificate and contributing to the Annals of Health Law. Immediately joining Levin & Perconti post-graduation, Lauren swiftly transitioned from managing intake to active courtroom advocacy.

Since 2019, Lauren has played a pivotal role in securing over $45 million for clients injured due to medical errors, including a notable $7 million settlement in a medical malpractice case, alongside $5 million and $4.6 million settlements in hospital fault disputes, and a $3 million recovery for a failure to diagnose cancer. Her expertise also extends to achieving multiple six-figure verdicts and settlements in cases of nursing home abuse and assisted living negligence.

Beyond litigation, Lauren made a significant impact in 2024 by winning an appellate court decision that protected an injured resident's right to a jury trial, setting a precedent on arbitration clauses in Illinois nursing home cases.
