Carol Coplan Babbitt

Carol Coplan Babbitt, a dedicated litigation attorney, has been practicing law since 1988. Based in Chicago, she established her own firm in 1997, where she has successfully operated as a solo practitioner. Her approach is tenacious and results-driven, ensuring direct and personal involvement in each client's legal matters from start to finish.

Carol's primary focus is on employment litigation. She handles a wide range of claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle-blower issues, and disputes over unpaid wages, commissions, or overtime.
