With a career spanning more than 25 years, Marty Preiser has focused on defending the rights of individuals seriously affected by negligence. He began his legal journey as a general practitioner and later served as an assistant corporation counsel for the City of Chicago, where he gained extensive trial experience.

He joined a pioneering law firm representing children injured by childhood vaccinations, achieving significant settlements in both State and Federal Courts before the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.
