Maria G. Antoniolli

Maria G. Antoniolli, known as Gabby, began her legal career with the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office. There, she gained significant trial experience handling a wide range of cases. Her early work focused on prosecuting traffic and misdemeanor offenses, including DUIs, domestic violence, and orders of protection. Gabby was later promoted to the felony juvenile division, where she managed numerous juvenile neglect and abuse cases from intake through disposition. Her collaboration with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in cases of abuse, neglect, and dependency involving minors.

In the Felony Trial Division, Gabby prosecuted serious felony charges such as aggravated DUI, burglary, major drug offenses, aggravated battery, and firearm violations. Transitioning to private practice, Gabby now concentrates on criminal defense and family law matters. Her family law expertise includes child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, spousal support, relocation, orders of protection, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. She is also a Certified Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), providing crucial insights in cases involving abused, neglected, and dependent minors both in family law cases and within the juvenile court system.
