Jonathan Thomas Nessler

Jonathan T. Nessler launched his legal career at Nessler & Associates in 2007, focusing on personal injury claims such as catastrophic automobile accidents, nursing home misconduct, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Throughout his career, Mr. Nessler has been committed to assisting injured individuals in securing compensation for their losses.

Recognized by the National Trial Lawyers, Mr. Nessler is distinguished as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer in Illinois. Additionally, The Law Bulletin Publishing Company has acknowledged him as an Emerging Lawyer.

Mr. Nessler holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Environmental Communications and Education from the University of Illinois, obtained in 2004, and a Juris Doctorate from the same institution, earned in 2007.

His professional memberships include the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyers' Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of Illinois.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Nessler is a Barrister member of the Lincoln-Douglas American Inn of Court since November 2011. He has served as Vice Chair and Chair of the Law Practice Management Committee for the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division from 2011 to 2014.

Mr. Nessler is a frequent speaker and has presented at events such as the “Transportation Law Seminar” hosted by the Illinois State Bar Association.
