Anthony J Madonia

Anthony J. Madonia began his professional journey as a senior tax accountant and manager at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. He later became a partner at a boutique law firm before founding Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. in 1995. His firm is built on the vision of providing hands-on, service-oriented legal support, focusing on helping privately held firms, families, and individuals preserve wealth and plan for the future.

Anthony's legal practice areas include estate planning & administration, business strategy & planning, corporate law, and taxation. He emphasizes delivering multi-dimensional insights to guide clients through complex transactions, treating them with the care of extended family members.

In addition to his legal practice, Anthony has served as a former adjunct professor in Estate & Trusts and Estate Planning & Drafting at John Marshall Law School. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Association of Legal Counsel-Certified Public Accountants. His community involvement includes serving as the former President of the Chicago Financial District Chapter of Rotary International, a board member and Treasurer of Safer Organization, and a member of the Planned Giving Committee of Catholic Charities and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall School of Law. A proud Chicago native, he has lived, studied, and raised a family in the city before expanding his practice to Des Plaines.
