Josette C. Allen

Josette C. Allen is a dedicated attorney with a focus on family law, based in Downers Grove, Illinois. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University in 1989 and her Juris Doctor from Indiana University in 1992. Ms. Allen's extensive experience encompasses pretrial discovery, motion work, contested hearings, and trials, allowing her to proficiently manage intricate family law litigation, including cases involving children and financial matters, both pre- and post-judgment.

Before joining Momkus LLC, Ms. Allen successfully operated her own law practice. Her legal expertise is particularly notable in representing children within the legal system.
