James V. DiTommaso

James V. DiTommaso serves as counsel at DiTommaso Lubin, PC in Dupage County, Illinois. He brings extensive experience in handling consumer fraud, class-action, and complex business litigation cases in both federal and state courts, covering trial and appellate levels. His practice further encompasses business transactional matters, family law, defamation, copyright, non-competition, and trade secret litigation.

Mr. DiTommaso earned his JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2017, where he excelled academically, making the Dean’s List and serving on the Executive Board of the Chicago-Kent Justinian Society of Lawyers. He also received a Business Law Certificate, focusing his studies on business law to enhance his proficiency in business litigation and transactional matters. During his time at Chicago-Kent, he contributed to the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, assisting start-ups with transactional issues and trademark registrations.

Before earning his law degree, Mr. DiTommaso completed his BFA at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011. He gained valuable judicial experience as a judicial extern for Justice Thomas E. Hoffman of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, Sixth Division, where he assisted in drafting opinions and bench memorandums.

Mr. DiTommaso is admitted to practice law in Illinois, including the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
