Jessica Hensley Sendek

Jessica Hensley Sendek is the founding member of Hensley Sendek Law, a family law firm based in Wheaton, Illinois. Practicing in DuPage, Cook, Will, and Kane counties, Jessica specializes in all areas of family law, including divorce, allocation of parenting time and responsibilities, and international child removal cases. Her practice also covers child support, maintenance, property distribution, high asset marital estates, qualified domestic relations orders, post-decree matters, parentage cases, and appellate matters. Jessica has dedicated her entire career to family law.

Jessica's approach is client-focused, ensuring that each individual receives a personalized understanding of their legal rights and options, enabling informed decision-making. She is committed to advocating for her clients, whether through negotiation or litigation.

Jessica graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she received judicial training and was honored with the Dean Konop award for her work as a Guardian ad Litem. She is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. Additionally, Jessica volunteers as an alumni recruiter for the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

As a member of the United States Department of State Hague Convention Attorney Network, Jessica represents clients in Hague Convention return and access cases. She is also trained as a Guardian ad Litem, providing court-appointed recommendations regarding the best interests of minor children in DuPage County.
