Lisa M. Giese

With over two decades of experience, Lisa M. Giese has expertly managed thousands of family law cases, ranging from pre and post-decree divorce disputes to support modification and enforcement proceedings. Her practice also encompasses paternity and parenting time matters, allocation of parental responsibilities, relocation issues, DCFS appeals, orders of protection, and guardianship cases.

Lisa is dedicated to advocating for her clients, skillfully determining when to pursue settlements or when aggressive litigation is necessary. As a trained guardian ad litem, she has been appointed by the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court of DuPage County, as well as in Cook, Kane, and Will Counties, to make recommendations that serve the best interests of children.

During her law school years, Lisa concentrated on family law, earning a Certificate in Child and Family Law. Her commitment extends beyond her practice, as she has volunteered for many years with the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program in Cook and DuPage Counties, assisting in complex juvenile court cases involving mistreatment and neglect.
