About Lisa M. Nyuli
Lisa M. Nyuli has been a partner at Ariano Hardy Ritt Nyuli Richmond Lytle & Goettel P.C. since 2000, bringing extensive experience in family law. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced law in Aurora and Geneva, Illinois, after being licensed in 1989. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of household law. In 2008, she was honored as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Ms. Nyuli is actively involved with the Illinois State Bar Association, having served two terms on the Board of Governors and as Treasurer. She has chaired the Judicial Advisory Polls Committee and contributed significantly to the Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Family Law Section Council. Additionally, she has chaired the ISBA Solo and Small Firm Conferences in 2011 and 2012.
A past President of both the Kane County Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Foundation, Ms. Nyuli has frequently spoken at seminars for the ISBA and the Kane County Bar Association. Her topics include family law, bankruptcy, practice management, GAL training, and ethics/civility. She was recognized with the Family Law Achievement Award in 2003 for establishing a Children's Waiting Room at the Kane County Judicial Center and received the Pro Bono Award in 2006.
Ms. Nyuli earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1986 and her J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1989. She has been consistently acknowledged by her peers as a Leading Lawyer in Family Law since 2010 and as a SuperLawyer since 2011. In 2005, she received the Alumnus of the Year Award from NIU College of Law.
