Rachel Hernandez

Rachel Nicole Hernandez is a leading collaborative family lawyer and the founder of Bruckner Hernandez Courtroom Solutions, LLC, with offices in St. Charles and Sycamore, Illinois. Her firm specializes in resolving family law disputes through mediation, collaborative processes, uncontested divorce, pre-divorce counseling, and limited scope representation, focusing on keeping families out of the courtroom.

Rachel provides comprehensive advice on marital and non-marital assets, debts, maintenance, and child custody issues. She collaborates with financial advisors, accountants, and mental health professionals to address complex family law matters effectively. Her dedication to helping others was sparked by her work at the Community Crisis Center, which inspired her to pursue a legal career at Northern Illinois University College of Law, where she earned her JD in 2005 as a Dean's Scholar.

Before focusing on family law, Rachel served as an Assistant State’s Attorney, dealing with cases of domestic mistreatment, child mistreatment, neglect, and delinquency.
