Edward J. Aucoin

Edward J. Aucoin serves as a principal at Grant & Eisenhofer, where he focuses on birth injury and birth trauma litigation. His practice is dedicated to representing families and children in these sensitive cases.

Before joining Grant & Eisenhofer, Mr. Aucoin gained extensive experience at various medical misconduct corporate firms in the Chicago area. His work there concentrated on medical doctor negligence, professional liability, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Aucoin also held the position of senior trial legal counsel at a national insurance company. Throughout his career, he has managed all facets of medical negligence cases, including pleadings, discovery, expert testimony, and trials.

He has handled hundreds of claims and has served as both first and second chair trial attorney.
