Glenn Sowa

Glenn Sowa brings a wealth of experience to his role as a criminal defense attorney in Kane County, Illinois. Formerly a Special Agent with the Illinois Bureau of Investigation, he focused on narcotics and organized crime. His career progressed as he served as an Assistant State's Counsel in DuPage County.

Actively engaged in the Kane County Bar, Mr. Sowa is a member of both the Criminal Law Committee and the Courthouse Design Committee. He also contributes as a lecturer on ethics and criminal law for the Kane County Bar Association Criminal Law Committee Seminars, having previously chaired the Criminal Law Committee.

At the Geneva office, Mr. Sowa manages cases across Kane, DeKalb, Kendall, and surrounding counties. His practice encompasses defense in serious felonies and misdemeanors, including murder, armed robbery, aggravated criminal sexual assault, controlled substance violations, DUI, and other offenses.
