Benjamin Ice

Benjamin Ice is a dedicated litigator with a strong focus on intense litigation and trial work. Throughout his career, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, although certain client relationships limit his ability to act against some professionals. His commitment to trial work was evident during his time on the Indiana University intercollegiate trial team, where he participated for three consecutive years. Since then, he has actively pursued trial-intensive roles, contributing to over fifteen jury trials, predominantly defending doctors and hospitals in professional misconduct cases.

With broad litigation experience, Ben spent two years exclusively representing an international medical device manufacturer in product liability cases nationwide. For more than five years, he has also represented medical and courtroom professionals.
