Kayte L. Geist

Kayte L. Geist is a dedicated attorney with a focus on domestic and household law. Her practice includes assisting clients with dissolutions, prenuptial agreements, protective orders, custody and parenting time modifications, and child support matters. Kayte has a wealth of experience in handling international custody disputes and parental kidnapping cases both abroad and within the United States. Notably, she has achieved a published decision by the Court of Appeals following her successful litigation of an international Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act case.

Kayte is also a trained Guardian Ad Litem, enabling her to advocate for the best interests of children and incapacitated individuals who cannot represent themselves.
