Lewis Ostermeyer

Lewis Ostermeyer plays a key role in our business transactions team, where he excels in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting due diligence. His expertise extends to assisting business victims with general corporate matters, offering guidance on business structure and entity formation.

Before joining our firm, Lewis gained valuable experience as a Legislative Assistant for the Indiana House of Representatives. In this role, he collaborated with three state legislators and contributed to the Courts and Criminal Code Committee, as well as other criminal justice committees and councils. Additionally, he has worked in the Allen County Voter Registration Office and the office of the Allen County Board of Commissioners.
