Michael Michmerhuizen

Michael Michmerhuizen has dedicated over two decades to litigating a broad spectrum of business and commercial disputes throughout Indiana and Michigan. His expertise extends to representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving wrongful death actions, securities violations, contractual disputes, trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement, insurance coverage issues, and construction disputes.

Michael has been involved in approximately 100 appeals in both state and federal courts within Indiana and Michigan. He has presented arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Tax Court.

In addition, Michael has extensive experience handling noncompetition matters for both employers and employees. His work in this area includes representation during the preliminary injunction phase, at trial, and on appeal.
