Linda H Havel

Linda H Havel has dedicated more than 25 years to civil litigation and trial practice. Her extensive experience includes advocating for individuals who have endured significant trauma due to car, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents, as well as gas and fire explosions. She represents adults and children with severe injuries such as brain trauma, neck and spinal damage, burns, and injuries to the shoulder, wrist, and leg.

Linda is committed to securing compensation for her clients, covering past and future medical expenses, lost wages, diminished earning capacity, pain and suffering, permanent impairments, disfigurement, cognitive issues, emotional distress, and overall loss of life quality. She also represents estates and beneficiaries in wrongful death cases, ensuring they receive compensation for lost companionship, medical costs, administrative expenses, and other financial losses.
