Katherine Sheets

Katherine Sheets is a seasoned attorney focusing on civil litigation in Brownsburg, Indiana. She earned her law degree with top honors from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in May 2018, where she also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Advocacy Skills.

During her time in law school, Ms. Sheets was recognized for her achievements by being named to the Moot Court Society Order of the Barristers in the fall of 2016. She contributed as the Associate Justice for Scorekeeping on the Moot Court Board and participated as an associate member of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. Her leadership extended to advising first-year students through the Dean’s Tutorial Society. Ms. Sheets showcased her advocacy skills by competing in the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition in the spring of 2017 and the NAAC Moot Court Competition, sponsored by the ABA, in the spring of 2018.

Before her legal education, Ms. Sheets completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington in 2011, earning both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish.

Prior to joining Parr Richey, she gained valuable experience in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster, handling litigation for automobile claims involving property damage and personal trauma.

Ms. Sheets is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and the Federal District Court for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
