John G Shubat

John G Shubat, a lifelong resident of Zionsville, Indiana, is deeply committed to his community. He has actively participated in local governance, serving on the school boards of both Zionsville Community Schools and Traders Point Christian Academy. As a founding member of the Zionsville Education Foundation, John has contributed significantly to local educational initiatives.

John holds a degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He initially worked in the medical and dental industries, where he developed a robust business acumen. Seeking to merge his business expertise with legal knowledge, he graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1988. Following his graduation, John joined a prominent Indianapolis law firm, representing clients in diverse legal matters, including malpractice defense and contract disputes.

John's legal experience spans local and federal courts, covering both trial and appellate levels. He has also represented clients in front of licensing boards and in arbitration proceedings. In recent years, his practice has shifted to focus on representing individuals injured due to negligence, as well as handling a variety of litigation disputes for both individuals and businesses.
