Marc Tawfik

Marc Tawfik, originally from Kentucky, has spent most of his life living and working in the state. He is a licensed attorney in both Kentucky and Indiana, specializing in trial work across civil and criminal cases. Marc is deeply committed to representing a diverse range of clients, always placing their interests first. His legal journey began with an internship for two Kentucky State Senators during his time at the University of Louisville, where he developed a passion for law as a means to serve his community.

Marc's approach to litigation emphasizes attentive listening and prioritizing client interests. With a proven track record, he ensures clients are informed at every stage of the legal process. He understands the challenges of courtroom proceedings and is dedicated to making strategic decisions to enhance client success.

A graduate of Saint Xavier High School, Marc continued his education at the University of Louisville before earning his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 2014. After passing the Kentucky Bar Exam in 2014, he began his career as a Public Defender in Kentucky, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of cases from misdemeanors to murder.

In 2015, Marc passed the Indiana Bar Exam and joined McNeely Stephenson. As a licensed attorney in both states, he is well-equipped to address various legal needs. Outside of his professional life, Marc is a passionate sports fan, enjoying Bengals and Reds games, as well as University of Kentucky basketball and football. He cherishes time with his wife Lauren, family, and friends.
