Mike Cunningham

Mike Cunningham, a seasoned attorney in Indiana, specializes in criminal corporate law. Admitted to practice in May 2018, he began his legal career at Mullin, McMillin & McMillin, LLP in Brookville, Indiana. During his tenure there, Mike gained extensive experience in suppression and fact-finding hearings, achieving numerous dismissals through strategic negotiations and evidence suppression. He honed his trial skills, securing not guilty verdicts and dismissals by representing clients in jury trials.

In 2024, Mike joined the Criminal Defense Team at Baldwin, Perry & Wiley, P.C. His work has included several jury trials, continuing his track record of courtroom success. Mike is also experienced in appellate advocacy, having managed over two dozen appeals and presented arguments before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.

Mike has served as the chair of the Indiana Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section and is a board member of the Indiana Public Defender Council.
