Ryan P. Dillon

Ryan P. Dillon is a committed legal professional serving the communities of Johnson and Morgan Counties from his office located near the Johnson County Courthouse in Franklin, Indiana. A lifelong Hoosier, Ryan grew up in rural Shelby County where his family is deeply rooted in the agricultural sector. Since 2006, he has resided in northern Johnson County with his family.

Ryan's longstanding involvement with the Boy Scouts of America led him to achieve the Eagle Scout Award in 2001. Recently, he celebrated twenty years of service with the organization, where he holds roles as an Assistant Scoutmaster, a council volunteer, and the Vice President of the Firecrafter Alumni Association.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Indianapolis, engaging actively in student government and the music department. He then pursued his law degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, gaining exposure to diverse courtroom settings. After passing the Indiana bar in 2008, Ryan established his practice, which was incorporated in June 2010.

He is admitted to practice before all Indiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and has filed a petition for writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court of the United States. Additionally, Ryan is a Registered Civil and Domestic Relations Mediator with the State of Indiana.

Beyond his legal practice, Ryan is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, the Morgan County Bar Association, the National Eagle Scout Association, the Franklin Chamber of Commerce, and the Freemasons.
