Michael Throneberry

Michael Throneberry has been a committed advocate for victims of mesothelioma and asbestos lung cancer for almost twenty years. He plays an integral role in every case at his practice, overseeing depositions, managing discovery, and negotiating favorable outcomes for clients.

Throneberry's legal career began at a large St. Louis firm, where he focused on commercial litigation for individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations. His personal experience with the loss of his father-in-law to mesothelioma inspired him to dedicate his practice exclusively to asbestos exposure victims.

Previously, Throneberry served as a trial team leader at a prominent national plaintiff's asbestos litigation firm, handling hundreds of cases and contributing to substantial recoveries for clients. His expertise in the field was recognized with an invitation to serve as President of the Top 10 National Asbestos/Mesothelioma Trial Lawyers for 2025.

Throneberry holds a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Marshall University. He also earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis after serving with the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
