Deidra Haynes

Deidra N. Haynes earned her law degree from the Indiana University School of Law, also known as McKinney School of Law, in Indianapolis, Indiana. During her studies, she gained valuable experience interning as a prosecutor, public defender, and state public defender, particularly in cases involving the death penalty.

After graduating, Deidra joined Barnes & Thornburg, Indiana's largest law firm, where she worked as an employment litigator defending large corporations. However, her passion for advocacy led her to shift her focus toward representing individuals who often lack a voice in the legal system.

Deidra now represents employees, the injured, the mentally ill, those accused of criminal offenses, and individuals facing challenging family law matters. Her commitment to being a voice for the voiceless stems from her own experiences as a troubled youth, where she benefited from compassionate legal guidance.

Before becoming a formidable attorney, Deidra faced her own legal challenges when she had to hire an attorney to seek justice against a corporation that discriminated against her. This personal experience fuels her empathy and dedication to her clients. Her passion for justice and her ability to relate to her clients' situations enable her to effectively advocate for those who need it most.
