Jeffrey B. Cadwell

Jeffrey B. Cadwell is a distinguished attorney at the central Indiana law office of Barnes Cadwell. He focuses his legal practice on creditors’ rights, business organizations, contracts, estate planning, probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, and real estate law. Mr. Cadwell has a well-established track record in handling matters related to creditors’ rights and estate planning, having tried over fifty cases and planned hundreds of estates. He has also successfully collected numerous unpaid debts for his clients.

Mr. Cadwell graduated from the Indiana University School of Business in 1979. He then pursued his legal education at the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, graduating in 1982 at the age of 24. With more than 30 years in private practice, Mr. Cadwell brings extensive experience to his clients.

He is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, particularly involved in the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law, and Estate Planning and Administration Sections. Mr. Cadwell is admitted to practice law in all Indiana state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
