Natalie S. Williams

Natalie S. Williams hails from a small town in eastern North Carolina. She pursued her education at North Carolina Central University in Durham, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Her career began as a dispatcher for the NCCU Police Department, where she worked diligently through demanding shifts. She later became a sworn law enforcement officer with the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, serving as a Probation/Parole officer for over a decade.

In 2016, Natalie shifted her focus to the legal field, graduating from Valparaiso University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Arts in Psychology. After passing the Indiana bar exam the same year, she joined the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office in Crown Point, Indiana, as a Deputy Prosecutor. Over the next five years, she honed her skills as a litigator, negotiator, and advocate.

In addition to her legal practice, Natalie is an adjunct professor at Indiana Tech's Hammond campus, where she teaches psychology, sociology, and legal studies. She is also a published author, contributing to the anthology "Born to Lead: Awakening the Leader Within," released in fall 2022.

Outside her professional roles, Natalie is a dedicated mother and an active participant in her community, serving as a Pop Warner Football Team Mom and Coach.
