Amy J. Osborne

Amy J. Osborne is a dedicated associate attorney at Allen Wellman McNew Harvey LLP, based in Greenfield, Indiana. Her practice focuses on estate planning, Medicaid planning, Medicaid applications, estate administration, probate, business formation, and litigation. Amy is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association Elder Law Section.

Raised in Shelby County, Amy is an alumna of Morristown Junior/Senior High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Franklin College in 2004. In 2018, she completed her law degree at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University and gained admission to practice law in Indiana.

Before joining Allen Wellman McNew Harvey LLP in 2018, Amy accumulated fourteen years of experience across various state agencies, including the Office of the Indiana Public Access Counselor, the Office of the Indiana Secretary of State, and the Indiana Department of Education. Her expertise spans communications, policy analysis, legal analysis, legislative relations, grant management, and policy implementation.

Amy participated in the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series as a class member. She also contributes to her community by coaching 7th and 8th grade volleyball at Morristown High School and serving on committees such as the Women's Fund of Hancock County, the Power of the Philanthropic Purse, and the YMCA Youth and Government Program Advisory Team.

Residing in Greenfield with her husband, Chris, and their twin daughters, Amy is an active member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Shelbyville. In her leisure time, she enjoys running, playing volleyball, reading, watching sports, and spending quality time with family and friends.
