Bradley Keffer

Bradley Keffer is a seasoned attorney based in Greenfield, Indiana, with a primary focus on criminal law and criminal-related litigation. He manages a practice that is entirely dedicated to litigation, handling complex cases and high-profile matters in both State and Federal courts. His extensive experience includes representing clients under investigation by agencies such as the FBI, ATFE, and state and local law enforcement, as well as the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office Grand Jury Division and the Office of the Indiana Secretary of State.

Bradley began his legal career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Marion and Tippecanoe counties. In Tippecanoe County, he led the Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT) and served as the lead prosecutor for the Title 9 (BMV) Court, handling major felony prosecutions for crimes including Forgery, Homicide, and Narcotics Manufacturing and Dealing. In Marion County, he also led the Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT), focusing on DUI and OVWI cases involving fatalities or serious injuries.

Throughout his career, Bradley has prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanor and felony offenses, with a particular emphasis on fatality and serious bodily injury hit & run cases, as well as complex White Collar crimes. He has received specialized training in accident investigation and reconstruction from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and in the presentation of computer forensic evidence from the United States Secret Service.

Bradley has tried numerous jury and bench trials and has provided training to fellow prosecutors on DUI law, prosecution, and jury selection.
