Timothy Malloy

Timothy O. Malloy, born in Joliet, Illinois, on September 2, 1953, embarked on his legal career by being admitted to the Bar in 1981. He holds a degree from Marquette University, earned in 1975, and a Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University School of Law, completed in 1980.

An active participant in the legal community, Mr. Malloy is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Indiana State Bar, American Bar, Lake County Bar, and the Indiana Defense Lawyers Association. In 2003, he was appointed by the Indiana Supreme Court to the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Managers for the Lake County Bar Association.

Mr. Malloy is deeply involved with the Knights of Columbus, holding a third-degree membership, and he is the current President of the St. John Evangelists Men's Club, serving his second term. His commitment to the legal profession extends to his active participation in the Lake County and Indiana State Bar Associations, where he has contributed to numerous special committees.

He is admitted to practice in all courts within the State of Indiana, the United States District Courts in Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. As a faculty member, Mr. Malloy frequently participates in Continuing Law Education seminars, sharing his expertise with peers. His practice primarily focuses on Worker’s Damages and Personal Injury law.
