Adam Lutzke

Adam Lutzke boasts a comprehensive track record in the field of household law. Since his admission in 2010, Adam has concentrated his legal practice on divorce, litigation separation, child custody, child support, and guardianships. His expertise was acknowledged in 2015 when he received a Lead Counsel Rating in divorce and household law from the Lead Counsel Review Board. In 2016, he was honored as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 in Indiana by the American Society of Courtroom Advocates.

In addition to handling numerous divorce and custody cases, Adam offers assistance with certain estate planning matters. His services include drafting wills, establishing powers of attorney, creating living wills, appointing health care representatives, and setting up educational trusts for children. He also advises on pre-nuptial agreements.

Adam was born and raised on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Lawrence Central High School and pursued studies in criminal justice and business at Indiana University–Bloomington. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Saint Louis University School of Law. Returning to Indiana in 2010, Adam now resides on the northeast side of Indianapolis with his wife.
