Bruce Kehoe

Bruce Kehoe began his career as a registered physical therapist, which gives him a distinctive insight into the intersection of law and medicine, especially concerning severely injured individuals. While medical legal matters are a significant focus of his practice, Bruce is also well-versed in negligence law and product liability.

Bruce's expertise extends to aviation law, fueled by his ownership and operation of the firm’s private aircraft. His commitment to achieving just compensation for victims is evident in his handling of complex cases, including birth trauma, brain and spinal cord injuries, defective products, and aviation accidents.

With over 25 years as a pilot, Bruce's aviation knowledge is a critical asset in litigating airplane accident cases, aiding those who have suffered significant losses in both private and corporate aircraft incidents. Over the past three decades, he has effectively merged his nationally recognized trial skills with his aviation experience.

Bruce is actively involved in the legal community as a board member of the Whitewater Valley Pro Bono Commission. Alongside his partner, Bill Winingham, he has served as President of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana Foundation, contributing to brain injury research funding, particularly for concussive injuries affecting troops returning from Afghanistan and Iraq.
