Paul S. Kruse

Paul S. Kruse has dedicated over 35 years to representing injury victims throughout Indiana, as well as in Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan. His expertise spans a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Kruse has successfully resolved thousands of claims through settlements, court trials, and jury verdicts.

Since 1988, Mr. Kruse has been a committed board member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He also shares his extensive litigation knowledge as a faculty member at the Annual Litigation Skills Workshop for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), where he mentors younger attorneys.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kruse actively contributes to the legal community by lecturing at seminars and writing for the Indiana Law Review at the IU McKinney School of Law. Recently, he was elected President of the Board of Directors for the IU McKinney School of Law Alumni Association, a position he earned after eight years of dedicated service on the board.

Mr. Kruse's peers have consistently recognized him as one of Indiana's top personal injury attorneys, as evidenced by his inclusion in the Super Lawyers list for the past eleven years. He was also featured in the Indiana Best Lawyers organization's 2018 awards publication.

He is committed to client accessibility, often traveling to meet clients in referring attorneys' offices or at clients' homes when necessary.
