Joseph Creen

Joseph C. Creen brings more than 30 years of experience in the legal field, adeptly handling cases in both Iowa and Illinois state and federal courts. He provides comprehensive legal services in areas such as personal injury, estate planning, and real estate matters. His litigation experience covers a wide range of cases, including personal injury, brain injury, product liability, wrongful death, slip and fall, auto accidents, and catastrophic injury. Additionally, he manages contract and construction disputes, estate and probate issues like will contests and undue influence, and consumer protection cases involving wrongful foreclosure and collections. His real estate litigation expertise extends to condemnation, ownership disputes, and landlord-tenant conflicts.

Born in Notre Dame, Indiana, while his parents attended the University of South Bend, Joe earned his BA degree from the University of Notre Dame with honors. Following his undergraduate studies, he volunteered with the US VISTA program, working in a legal aid office on Chicago's South Side to address community issues. Joe then pursued his legal education at Drake Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Currently, Joe practices law in the Iowa-Illinois Quad City area. He is admitted to practice in federal courts, as well as in Iowa and Illinois. Beyond his legal work, Joe is actively involved in non-profit boards and community organizations, assisting many in obtaining IRS tax-exempt status. He is committed to advocating for local schools and charities that serve the underprivileged, ensuring justice and equal access to the courts.

Joe has served on the board of directors for Davenport Legal Aid, H.E.L.P., and has dedicated 25 years to coaching youth basketball. He is married to Connie, and together they have two children and three grandchildren.
